Marc Fagan not only got my house sold but helped me through the entire Hurricane Mathew fiasco.  We were 13 days before closing when Hurricane Mathew blew into town and flooded 70% of my 4000 sq ft house.  First he did an extensive walk through pointing out things that would help the house sell for the highest price.  Second we found the right people to get the things fixed and at a great price.  Finally when the Hurricane Mathew came through and flooded the house, he went above and beyond and helped find an contractor and worked with the insurance company to get the house back to its original shape.  Marc Fagan went the extra mile to get the house sold!!  Thank you so much Marc! He incredibly knowledgeable about what is available, and as a young female without any nearby family he made a point to know the area to advise me on safety and renovation issues as well.
